![]() ![]() ![]() I found out later from the tech support gal that they actually went out and bought a brand new Summa which was now in their office. About 2 days later they let me know there were a new set of drivers I could go download. They were still having issues and told me they would get back within a couple days. We did a couple tries and even did a remote hookup where they came inside my computer to try and get it to run correctly. The Summa I bought was newer than the drivers that had available and I was having issues. ![]() I run a mac and a PC and wanted something that would work on both formats and SignCut is about the only option that can do that. Just to give you my experience, I used to run a Creation P-Cut and after a few years I jumped in with both feet and bought a Summa. Once they assign you a support person it will be live tech support. I use the older SignCut Pro 1 but the few times I have needed tech support they have been about the best in the business. Log into the SignCut support portal and request tech support and they usually get right back pretty quickly. If you can't find the Vevor cutter on the driver list there are probably a couple generic ones that will run it or it may be a rebranded cutter of another manufacturer. SignCut should be able to run your cutter. ![]()
